Does anyone else feel this way???

So I am just about 19 weeks, and I am just now beginning to become uncomfortable, and I know that in the next 21 weeks it will gradually happen more and more, but I have noticed that above my belly button mainly at night it seems so hard and below is still all jiggle...is this normal?? This will be our first child and I have no idea how I am suppose to feel...

 I am overweight as it is, so I know that I really wont start showing until the next few weeks, but its just awkard that the above my belly button is kind of hard and below is still all "fat"

 Could really use some insight on this Thanks in advance!!

That is because the baby is getting to your waist, which has less fat on it. My fat is above and below my waist, but my waist is hard too.

I wore about a 14 prepregnancy and it's just now that I feel sort of hard below my belly button. Yet, I'm still pretty soft above my belly button?

This is me, too, at any time of day.  I'm also overweight, but I'm starting to see a bit of a "bump" that's not just me.  It's harder and more noticeable just above my belly button.
