the first anniversary of my loss...December 16th of last year I found out there was no heartbeat and I miscarried in the early morning hours of December 17th.  It is weird because I am still so saddened by it, but at the same time if the pregnancy had made it I wouldn't have my Natalie Rose.  What a strange mix of emotions.

I had a pediatrician appointment yesterday.  I am such a nervous mama, he must think I am absolutely crazy.  Especially since I broke into hysterics a couple of weeks ago when we had to take her to the ER and be admitted to the hospital for jaundice.  I guess it comes with the territory, but he says we are doing just fine as parents and that Natalie is doing super well.
