spotting after bm

Sorry I've been MIA.  Work has been crazy hectic and I've been working tons of over time.  I was off Thursday bc the dr had me on limited activity and off of work, and I had already taken the day off on friday. 

 

Anyway I started spotting Wednesday it was steaks in my cm.  I had just had a drs appointment on Tuesday saw baby and heartbeat and everything was fine.  I haven't had any cramping just this off and on spotting.  I did spot at all yesterday but did didn't have a bm either.  This morning I went bm and had a tiny amount of cm with streaks in it and nothing more.  I seem to only get this when I have a bm.  I swear I didn't push this morning and still had it.  Does anyone else get this when they go to the bathroom?  I know at least on of you does bc we have already talked

I just have constipation.  It's a pain in the butt (literally) i swear the other day I felt like I was giving birth.  Hopefully it stops soon makes me not want to go to the bathroom at all lol.

I had spotting after BMs early on.  Not much you can do to stop it, but if you are constipated have you tried eating more fiber or taking MoM?

If I were you I would take a stool softener whenever you take your PNV.  I take 1 twice a day.  Never any problems, and I'm on Zofran (which really fvcks you up apparently)

i'm on zofran and progesterone suppositories and PNV.  I take two softeners a day but it's still not helping.  Oddly miralax gives me pretty bad gas cramps.

I had this. Just a tiny bit of spotting when I had a bm. I told my OB about it and he didn't seem concerned. Seems like it's somewhat normal, but still scary to see any pink/red
