I should be baking...

in Pregnant after a Loss

DH and I decided we would bake and deliver goodies to our neighbors today.  (And, of course, when I say WE would bake, I mean I would bake).

My plan is to bake Gingerbread Sugar Press cookies, Peanut Butter Kiss cookies, and Orange Cranberry cookies.

Have I mentioned I haven't even been to the grocery store yet?  I need to get my a$$  off the couch and get moving, but I'm just so tired and so un-motivated! 

Not to mention, I need to DEEP CLEAN this house, since we're having guests over tomorrow.  I honestly can't tell you how long its been since I've used our vacuum.  Tongue Tied  Step away from the Bump, Aubs, and get in the kitchen!!

    I am laughing because I could have very easily written a similar post.  my cat got me up at 6:30am and what have I done?   Started the dishwasher and washer machine, eatten breakfast and played online....so much cleaning to do, but can't get motivated. sigh, it must get done.

    Send DH to the store with a very specific list, you do some cooking (mail me some if you can, that sounds GOOOOOOD. lol), and DH can put on the maid's outfit for a day. :)

    This is a GREAT idea!

    I'll be doing some baking today too, the plan is to make peanut butter blossoms, mint chocolate chocolate chip cookies and these little peanut butter cups. I'm excited!

    I tried to bake last weekend to get stuff sent off to family.  I baked two types of cookies and called it ummm a year lol.  I just told myself it wasn't getting done this year.  I do want to make peanut clusters today, and I still have to do Christmas shopping.  Might I add Christmas cards are still sitting on the couch...oops.  I feel your pain lol.

    wow i was about to write the very same thing. i say let DH clean after getting those groceries. if all you do is bake then that's alot!

    my DH is at a bar with the guys watching the football games all day. I need to work on some photo editing (for work), do laundry, clean, get all my supplies, and then bake a bunch of cookies. it's currently 2pm. i still haven't showered. I will put money one just one of those things getting done.

    i may stick to laundry so i at least have something to wear tomorrow.

     

    oh boy. I've very quickly learned to not care about so many things this time around.
