Bed rest care package for a friend

I'm sending my BFF some books to borrow while she's on bedrest. She's 20 weeks pregnant was just put on strict bedrest this week.  She has a history of 2nd Tri losses (I wanna say 15wks, 17wks, and 20 or 21 weeks) and had her last child at 25 weeks pregnant (she's over a year old now!) She ended up in the hospital over the weekend with contractions and they put her on meds and then told her bedrest. The contractions didn't stop so they upped her meds and told her strict bedrest.  Since I'm sending her some books anyways, I want to surprise her and get her some other stuff to occupy her time so she's not so bored or stircrazy.  Do you guys have any ideas?

    Sudoku/crossword puzzles, ect.  Maybe a TV series of a show she likes- a lot are on sale right now for the holidays.

    Magazines, movies (The $5 bin at Wal-Mart is great!), TV Series, crossword puzzle/game book, book on tape, a pair of new warm, fuzzy pjs. (Not b/c it will occupy her time but will help her feel good to wear something new while she's cooped up in bed all day.)

    What about something that could be a keepsake?  I make these for my family and when I started, I didn't sew at all.  They are SUPER easy and really beautiful when they're finished.  If you can sew a button, you can do these.

    ETA:  Sorry - not for you to make, but giving her the kit as a gift / something for her to make while she's bedridden.

    How about a subscription to Netflix?

    I've already told DH if I gone on bedrest it's the first thing we're getting.

    I second the new pair of pjs so she'll be nice and comfy, as well as a tv series - that will keep her occupied for a while. How about a book series too perhaps? Best if luck to her and what a great friend you are to think of her and send stuff over :)
