Anyone else experience this?

Like some of you have posted, the heartburn has really been kicking my butt for quite a while now. But what I'm really wondering is if anyone else has noticed this--sometimes when the HB flares up, I get this sensation in the back of my head. Kind of at the base of the skull/top of the neck. It's not a headache exactly, but it gets uncomfortable. Kind of like a nerve is getting really irritated.

I'm kind of wondering if the more extreme flare ups (which sometimes last only a few seconds/a minute) are more the result of baby moving and hitting my stomach, which in turns does bother a nerve. I plan to ask the doc about it the next time I go, but I'd feel a little less crazy asking if someone says they've experienced this too!
