Tailbones hurt?

Hi girls. I have been noticing that my tailbone has been hurting me on and off all week. Mostly at night. I cant tell if it's because I am sitting in the car for work or if it's my body changing thingsnaround. I don't lay on my back on the couch just on my side so I know it isn't that. Anyone have this issue?

My tailbone has hurt throughout this pregnancy too.  Most of the time, it's after I've been sitting for a long period of time.  I have a pregnancy pillow that I use at night and I think that helps a bit...or even a body pillow would probably work.

This started with me over the past 48hrs.  At first it was a little more on the left side, & now it's a little more on the right.  But it's worst when I'm walking or trying to climb up into DH's truck.  Not quite sure what's going on there.
