CHILDCARE..HELP!

My LO is 9 weeks old and just started daycare last week. Unfortunately, I am not too pleased with the services provided there...Does anyone know of a good daycare in the crafton/robinson or shadyside/oakland areas?

 

Also, anyone know of a good nanny/babysitter service?

I have been doing alot of research for a reasonable price and still the acredited daycares.  I really like "Its a Small World" Daycare.  Its right up the street from Shadyside behind West Penn Hospital.  I personally went there as a child and I've read nothing but great reviews about it.
