Out of sorts today!

DD woke up at 6:40 which is fine, then she seemed to be losing it at around 7:30, which is odd. She has been congested for days, over a week, and is now on Albuterol inhaler, but she slept well the whole night, no coughing, no waking etc. So I tried feeding her oatmeal, no go, she was just acting tired so I put her back in the crib, gave her a bottle and it looked like she was going to sleep but now she is just talking. 

Yesterday she only took one 30 minute nap too, which is very unusual and woke up really upset. I had to put her in the Ergo and walk her around the block a few timesI guess this could be teething on top of the illness, she is probably getting her canines. I'm just a very frustrated mommy right now. She didn't have breakfast, took that bottle, looked exhausted but is not sleeping!!  

Not another day like yesterday, please!!!!!

I am sorry she isn't feeling well. I hope today goes much better than yesterday, and she naps well. Have you thought about just doing nap in the car? I will sometimes do that when he is ill and I need him to take a nap.

=( I'm sorry you are both having a rough couple of days. Those canines were awful when they came through. I agree that if she'll sleep in the car it might be worth a long car trip... maybe you can drive thru a Starbucks or something and treat yourself.. thats what I resorted to when it got bad.

Good idea. I may do that on Saturday when I am home. I just can't get her to sleep the last two or three days. Today was one nap for about 40 minutes. Bizarre. I even gave her ibuprofen.
