Weird...maybe a little scary?

So last night, DH, Ryan and I were laying on our bed, playing after Ry's bath.  All of a sudden, I felt what I thought was a hair on the right side of my chin, then in my mouth, and then I realized the right side of my face was tingling/going numb.  It felt like my mouth feels when the novacane at the dentist is wearing off.  My eye itched, face was numb, rt side of tongue was numb, felt funny when I swallowed, etc.

Then about ten minutes later, it started going away, although I swear I can still feel my tongue is different.  

If it happens again, I'm going to call my doc, but for a few minutes last night, it was really kinda sorta scary.

that does sound scary. If that happened to me, I'd call today.

I get that too, usually before a migraine starts to set in.  Do you suffer from migraines?  If not, I would call.

The only time I get migraines is when I'm way over-tired...and even then, I will occasionally get an eyelid-twitch, but nothing ever like this.

I've had the same thing happen when I'm about to get a migraine (I've also had it happen with no migraine after).  I also have it happen to one hand and arm.  I would definitely ask your doc about it, though - it can really freak you out!
