I start everyones bedtime routine at 7 so that the 2 yr. old will be tucked in by 8:30, the 5 & 7 yr. olds asleep by 9 and baby down for at least 7 hours by 9:30. I bathe baby in morings the rest take showers this is what they prefer then we all read together in the family room before each is tucked in.
I don't know about bedtime, as LO only sleeps for 2-3 hours at a time during the night (if I'm lucky!)... but we have a nighttime routine just so he knows when the day ends and the night begins, so he has some concept of time. Between 8-9 he gets a bath, then we turn down the lights in the apartment, he eats and generally falls asleep for 20-40 min. When he wakes up, he is usually up for 2-4 hours and then takes his 'long' (2-3 hr) sleep for the night.
LO has his last BFing some time between 9:00 and 10:00. We change him, put him in his jammies, and I nurse him. Dh swaddles him, puts him in his bassinet (which is on his side-DH is the swaddle/bassinet expert), and we don't hear another sound from DS until 5:30 or 6:00 a.m. I have no idea how we lucked up, but this has been the routine since Day 9. He recently has started to sometimes wake up at night because he is getting out of his swaddle-we're about to upgrade to bigger swaddle blankets b/c we don't want to disturb a good thing we have going
DS & DD alternate nights for bath. On DD's nights we usually give a bath around 6:30, we get her dressed and book time for DS starts around 7:15, she listens to us read him books. He's in bed by 7:30 - 7:45. DH & I have one on one time with DD and she usually gets her last bottle between 8 and 8:30. She generally gets up once to eat and sleeps til about 8 am, can't complain! I think that alone time with DH at night is really important, late bedtimes for our kids wouldn't work for us.
Glad to see other LOs go to bed as late as mine. I give a bath around 8 and she goes to sleep b/w 9 and 10 after a feeding. She then sleeps til 3ish. I don't see the point in putting her down earlier bc that would mean less sleep for me! After her 3 am feeding she's up every 2-3 hours so I like her going to bed late.
Re: When is your LO's bedtime?
What is this bedtime you speak of?
I'm wondering the same thing:) We don't have a bedtime routine yet.
Bed time is when LO closes her eyes and starts snoring.
Just seeing if LO is in the norm... heh apparently he is.

We started seeing a recurring schedule about a week ago.
Bath at 930, last bottle at 1000, in bed by 11. Sleeping 11-4 then 430-700. Cant complain!
