I hope to get my clearance tomorrow by my ob, had a c section. what workouts did everyone start out with??? I want to do Zumba but I think starting next week is it to soon and I should work up to it or just do it. I want to lose 25 more lbs.
I went back to the gym after 5 weeks and jumped back into what I did before and wow it was hard, I couldn't even finish my class! Your body will tell what is too much!
I got the ok for workouts at 5 weeks pp (but, I didn't have a c-section) I went back to hot yoga and started running at the gym. I ran my whole pregnancy (even the day I went into labor) but I couldn't do the yoga while pregnant because of the heat. Good luck!

i got cleared to go back to the gym after 3 wks but didn't have section- i was back in spin class at that point, it will take a week or so but as long as you kept in decent shape while pg- you will be fine! good luck!
