Prayers please

Hi ladies. I am 18 weeks along with my identical twin boys. They are Mo- di twins, so TTTS could be a factor for us. So far, things have been going fine. I went for an anatomy scan today and the babies themselves are looking great. Unfortunately, baby A is measuring at 9 oz. and baby B is measuring 12 oz. and it has the doctors concerned. I know it is early, and things could straighten themselves out...but I could really use some prayers now. I'm trying not to worry about my little ones... and what the next weeks could bring...but...I'm a mom! How can I not? Thanks for listening.

I had a TTTS scare with a discordance of 22% in weight and amniotic fluid doubled for one baby. I was placed on bedrest and monitored very closely. The discordance level decreased and now hovers around 11-14% and no amniotic differences. I drink over a gallon of water a day with a Boost drink.

I don't know if it helps, since my MFM is pretty sure mine are di-di, but my twins were measuring at 15 and 18 oz at 21 weeks. At their scan at 25 weeks, they were each measuring 2 lbs - the discordance had worked itself out.

Easier said than done, but try not to worry and just take good care of yourself!!

I am so sorry I was watched from 16 weeks on for TTTS and delivered at 27 weeks with a diagnosis of TTTS and IUGR. It sucks. I feel like I know more than any MoM should about TTTS so if you have any questions or just want to talk I am here and I understand what you are going through!
