I am amazed I was the only parent who even raised a concern

regarding the bus situation the other day. In speaking with his normal driver this afternoon, she said that some kids got home much later, but I am the only one she is aware of that actually did something. I guess one father yelled at HER for the situation, but what could she do? She wasn't on duty that day. Wow!

    Wow, that's very sad!  I couldn't imagine having my kid show up home very late and not at least questioning it!

    My kids bus was 5 mins late one day and I called the bus driver.  They are always on time because the kids can only be on the bus for 1hr and the bus run is very tight. I cant imagine not complaining at the very least after missing for that long. Im glad you are doing something about it.  It is totally unacceptable. 

    I havent posted to any of your threads yet but wanted to say that Im sorry you are having to go through this.  It is very scary to not know where you child was, what was going on while he was "missing" and now that you knw the situation no one is taking the blame and doing anything to insure it wont happen again.

    Oh, it won't happen again because if it does the first call they get will be from my lawyer! I should get the written plan by the end of the week and I will keep being a pain in their rears until I get it. I have the names and personal lines to everyone that is anyone in transportation.
