Help me. Dessert in a bowl?

Problem solve for me.

I've set up my food table for DS first birthday party, and I have an empty space in the dessert area that needs something.  I have a solid colored bowl and a pedestal bowl (kind of like a trifle, but not straight sides) that fit in the spot perfectly.

So...what dessert can I put in a bowl?  I'm already serving cookies, cupcakes, and candy.  I could do a trifle but I was looking for something a little different.  Any ideas or recipes?

  • If you need to fill an empty spot I would do a flower arrangement or other decor. cupcakes, cookies and candy seems like plenty of dessert!

  • You could do a flower pot dirt cake. Chocolate pudding with oreos crushed on top.  Stick a fake flower in the top, and some gummi worms. Serve it with a garden spade.  :o)  Or you can make it a beach pot with vanilla pudding and the oreos that are whitish.

  • Fruit salad? There are so many variations but you can cut up the fruit into DS bite sized pieces, coat in cool whip and put in the bowl.

Perfect!  This is what I'm doing.  So simple yet I couldn't think of it!
