How many liners in my pocket diapers?

My new pocket diapers came with 2 liners each...do you put both liners in - or just both if they're being used overnight?

I only use one in all of my diapers, give it a try with one.

It will depend on a few factors; the brand of the diaper, what the insert is made of (hemp, microfiber, etc) and how heavy a wetter your LO is.  Start with just one insert and add the 2nd one if needed. 

When you're LO is really young you'll likely only need one b/c you'll be changing him so often.  As they get older they need something with more absorbency and then you can add the second insert.
