I do.  After my miscarriage 2 yrs ago, RE ran a RPL panel, which indicated my body doesn't break down folic acid properly, so I'd take it to supplement.

The pill hard to swallow?  No!  It is the size of a Tylenol... not very large.  I take 2/day.  You don't do well with pills?

 ahhh, ok, that's easy!  I had a hard time with the big huge horse prenatal pills  but I found an easier prenatal to take.  I was just concerned that the folgard was huge like those.  good to know, thanks!
