Leapfrog Explorer Craze

So we are going with the craze this year and got our 4.5 year old DS a Leapfrog Explorer for Christmas. What games would you recommend if you already have this system? TIA! Also is the charging station and case a must?

    I wanna know too about the case and charger...just left TRU and couldn't decide (I got the case and not the charger for now).  I bought the mr. Pencil and Global Explorer games and my mom got the Toy Story game to go with it (she bought the system as her gift to him).

    DD has had hers for a year and we did not buy a case. She just uses a little purse to carry it and the games. I'm sure a little back pack would be good.

    The charging station is a must IMO. I have to charge it maybe once every couple of weeks or once a month. It has payed for itself already.

    how does the charging station work?  do you use special batteries?  rechargeable?
