hi ladies! my name is liz and im 30. I've been married to my husband since 9-11-09 (together almost 10 years). We are expecting a baby girl, due to arrive April 25th 2011.

We could not be more thrilled (or confused LOL) and I think it would be great to meet other people expecting around the same time. Hope you are all having a wonderful evening!

Nice to "meet" you :-) Thanks for the intro.

I'm 33 and back with my high school boyfriend after 17 years . . .We just found each other again in January, and we (somehow crazily) decided to have a baby together and are expecting a boy due April 23rd.

Shaindelr that is such a cool story to tell your baby sounds like you guys were meant to be! we are due pretty near each other. My birthday is april 28th so we will see if i get a baby for a birthday gift LOL.

Andrea, Ava was the only girl name we could agree on that went with karen (karen was my MIL's name and she passed away, Ava is DUE on the one year anniversary of her passing.) It was very important that we honor his mother this way, especially since she always wanted to be a grandmother. so thats why her mn is karen (but we will call her ava kay I'm sure).

I actually was on the knot when i was planning my wedding but i found it high stress there and pretty mean sometimes... everyone on the april boards seems so nice and laid back. It will be nice to have other people going through the same things i am, especially since this is my first baby. I worry that i bore my non-pregnant friends and i try not to talk abut the baby too much, which is hard since really she is ALL i think about lol.

It was nice meeting you and i look forward to making some new friends here.
