We both have sisters named Kelsey (how weird is that?!) and we'd really like to honor them both by using Kelsey as the middle name for LO if she's a girl. I just can't think of any first names that don't sound terribly awkward with Kelsey as a middle name.
We sort of like the more traditional/trendy names, but without all the stupid spelling things. DD's name is Chloe Hunter, to give you an idea of what we like. We also liked Sophia, Isabella and Polly. All 3 I think sound really awkward with Kelsey as the m.n.
Thoughts? Suggestions?
Re: Kelsey as a middle name?
I kind of like Isabella Kelsey.
None of the names I'm thinking of fit with Kelsey. I think the hard K in the middle is making it difficult to find a flow...
Kelsey IS a little awkward as MN, but I think it's workable. It's very cool that you can honor both of your sisters this way!
I think Sophia Kelsey and Isabella Kelsey both sound great! What's awkward about then? The endings work, the rhythm is nice, and they flow very well.
If you feel like maybe their styles don't work (I guess I can see that now), what about Bridget Kelsey or Brooke Kelsey? Mia Kelsey is cute, too.

I agree with the PP's, I don't see anything awkward about Sophia or Isabella Kelsey. Polly sounds like it should be the nn for something; names like Penelope, Paula or Paulina Kelsey sound much less cutesy and flow better than Polly Kelsey
Sister suggestions for Chloe are Emma, Grace, Lily, Julia, and Ava - all which sound fine with Kelsey to me
But the MN is so very rarely used, that I wouldn't worry too much about it
melissa721 suggested Madeline Kelsey, which I love love love! Sophia and Isabella both sound pretty with Kelsey too
I agree. I think if you wanted to use Polly, you should go with Pauline or a longer verision of it. Pauline Kelsey doesn't sound bad, and you could still call her Polly.
I love Kelsey as a middle name.
Personally I think Isabella Kelsey is lovely. I knew a girl named Mikaela Kelsey, and went by Mia.
