So, Grady and I are stuck at my parent's house. We rode over last night in Abe's truck when our power went off during the snow storm. I forgot my purse in Abe's truck, along with my keys, soooo here we sit.

 

I've been passing the time by shopping online. PayPal, I'm convinced, is the devil. All you need is a password to shop, shop, shop.

I'm worse when I actually go out shopping....went to buy buy baby to just get cabinet locks and walked out spending 50 bucks instead of 5!!!  Online there is a few more steps that make me stop and think - do I really need this??

Wow, seriously? In-person shopping is the easiest way for me to save money. I lose my patience so quickly, and feel like by the time I wait in line I've had seven million hours to second guess everything.

Jac, everything you've purchased is fun stuff! Where'd you find those boots? I need a brown pair...mine are gray, and I love them, but I want/need brown.

I feel the same way!  I'm out of control, and I'm chalking it up to being exhausted and shack-wacky. 

Yesterday, I bought

a rubber shoe thingie for BIL to keep his Nike+ in

a balaclava and gloves for DH (so he can be warm and look more menacing in his swat gear).

crocs snow boots for J

XBOX COD: Black Ops for DH

a taggies elephant for E

a john deere tractor for J

the FP laugh and learn farm for E

and finally

a hat for me from Denisa (YAY)

All this on TOP of my completed Cmas list.  Seriously.

The sweater is from AE - $24.95! I got it for $12ish because they are having a BOGO 50% off sale. Nice! I almost got two sweaters for myself but got Abe a polo instead. 

 

Lauren, I got the boots from shoesgotsole.com. I had the $15 for $30 eversave deal so I only paid $20 for a $35 pair of boots. Yay! $35 is a pretty super deal for cute boots, I think! Plus, they have free shipping right now. I plan on waterproofing them so they'll last a while.
