Is anyone else having problems shaving already? I use to bring one leg up and prop it on one of the walls in the shower to shave now that's just not happening... and it's hard to bend over to shave so I'm pretty tired after shaving both legs LOL...I can't imagine how this is going to work in 3/4 months, how will I ever shave my cookie??? LOL

I've been plopping down on the floor. Our shower is not big at all, but it works. Then I can prop my leg up a little easier without losing my balance. Lord, I can't imagine DH helping me shave!

LOL well my legs just aren't getting the attention they used to from me, and when I DO shave them, luckily I have a tiny little ledge in my shower I can sit on (my a$$ hardly fits on it though). I warned DH this weekend that it's about time he help me trim things up in the vag department and he actually said OK... hair is growing so much faster these days, it seems, and in more places, so it's hard to keep up!
I'm so glad I'm not the only one! I have tried sitting down as well and that does help with shaving the legs not so much with the other part...I have been told by some friends that after a while they just gave up and only shaved every couple of weeks....I hope I can figure something out and not end up going to labor looking like a hairy beast! LOL

I tend to shave a lot less in the winter, so I'm not quite noticing the issue yet. And by less, I mean like once a week
Re: my vag----I started waxing with my 1st pregnancy and I haven't stopped since. I couldn't handle trying to keep it neat and tidy in the middle of the summer, 8 months pregnant. I haven't gone back to shaving since!

Wouldn't this hurt more than usual due to all the extra blood flow and swelling? I'm such a wuss when it comes to waxing, I keep thinking they can rip of a piece of skin down there and that would HURT!

Yes, it is supposed to hurt more, but since I started waxing during pregnancy, I knew no different. I actually do something called "sugaring" now that is a lot less painful than waxing (at least IMO.) I go about every 5 weeks (4 weeks, since I found out I was pregnant and the hair growth started going out of control again) and have like clockwork since my last pregnancy. I honestly love it because I don't deal with ingrowns and other razor burn issues that I had when shaving.
I am sooo glad that I am not the only one with this issue! I was considering waxing, but have never done it before and I have to admit that I am a chicken. I guess that means DH will have to help me tidy up.

I don't know if this would help... but I use a small electric trimmer to get the hair short and neat, but doesn't fully remove all hair. Up top I'll fully remove hair with the trimmer, but then I can get to it every couple weeks and it stays neat and tidy
So now that DH is prob going to be helping me, there's no way he can cut me so I'm not too worried. I don't want the pain of the wax or sugaring, and don't want the razor burn & risk of cuts with the razor, this has worked perfectly for me for years now.

I have been getting brazillians (via sugaring) for about 10 years now. Since BFP it hurts like a mofo, but still sooooo much easier than shaving.
I haven't really had too much issue with shaving my legs yet, but much like pp, it only gets done once a week, or if I think H is looking to get lucky.
I could not even imagine asking my H to shave me. It weirds me out.

For my cooch, not my legs.
Ditto this. It makes life so much easier.
ETA suggestion: I know this might sound odd, but you could also consider shaving the va-jay-jay over the toilet. Use hot wash cloths to prep the area and rinse the razor in a bowl (not the toilet bowl!) or if you can reach the sink. At least you could sit down!

I prefer the shaved look over trimmed but even so I can't imagine trimming without being able to see? I honestly can't really see down there anymore and I'm going by "feel".....but I have noticed that I'm getting more razor bumps and that is getting very annoying.

I'm just going to throw this out there, but I haven't shaved my legs in three weeks. My hoo-haa hasn't had any attention for about 2 months.
Yeah. I'm fuzzy...
I promise I'll shave before New Years.
I was so in your shoes but I had to head to the dr this week. I at least try and clean up before I go there cause I never know when I am going to have to take off my pants. My hubby doesn't care what it look like down there lately as long as it means he is getting a piece.

When I no longer want to stand to shave my legs, I'll do them in the bath.
