Introduction

Hi!

I haven't been to this forum before and I wanted to say hello!  I have a beautiful 3 month old little girl and I'm just getting back to my normal exercise routine- I'm predominately a distance runner- half marathons and 10Ks are my favourite.  I'm so glad to see other mamas who make their workouts as much of a priority as possible (obviously baby comes first!) I hope everyone is having a great Monday!
