I washed all my pockets and inserts then hung them up to dry....I just read this https://www.theclothdiaperwhisperer.com/2010/12/its-prepping-time.html and it says to dry them in dryer? Do I have to rewash and dry them all?! I guess its not a huge deal, I just thought I was done

I would say you are done.  Some recommend to dry in the dryer to help seal any holes in the PUL from sewing, but you can do that after your first wear and wash if you want.
