XP - Anyone own a hula hoop?

I posted on health and exersize and am not getting any responses. I remember Moiselle used to use a hoop, but I haven't seen her in ages. I need to let my mom know which one I want.

    No, but we just got Wii Fit, which has a hula hoop game. :)

    Saweeet! Have you tried it???? I think it might feel weird to try to do the motion with no hoop... But then, it's probably  better for the lamps in the livingroom!

    Yes, and it's a little strange at first but once you get the motion going it does get your heart rate up - and it's fun too!

    Hahaha I think I'd pull an ass muscle if I tried to hula hoop now!
