Our Christmas cards came in and for the most part they were great. However two of them had some ink bleed through. So in a bold move (for me anyway) I got ahold of the company and let them know. I specifically said that only two were damaged and that I would like them replaced. I got an e-mail from them today saying that they were sending me a new order (so another 12 cards) at no cost to me. On the one hand, this is awesome, free cards! but on the other hand it kind of feels like I'm stealing.

Re: Is this wrong?
OMG, it's not wrong at all, you ordered something, it wasn't up to your standards, you let them know, and to make it up to you they are giving you an extra set for free..... for their mistake. because of this you will probably use them again.. if a company did that for me, and there have been a couple, they've not just got more business from me in the future but also from other people due to word of mouth. It's the cost of doing business.
enjoy your extra set of free christmas cards!
You're right about the good customer service. I hardly make a fuss about things like this so i just felt a little weird.
oh and it was Shutterfly btw.
This is exactly! We just aren't use to good customer service anymore. Not wrong at all. Glad the company is making up for their own oversight.
Don't feel bad, they obviously care about their customers and wanted to make sure you were satisfied!
This reminds me of when my DH bought me a necklace awhile back and I had somehow lost the chain to it. I had emailed the company he bought it from to ask if I could buy a replacement chain, and they sent me a whole new necklace (pendant and all) to replace what I had lost! Of course later on I lost the original pendant too, but still....Awesome customer service!
