I EBF and I pump so that DH can give LO a bottle each night (and so that I can build a freezer stash to use when we go out). We've been using the Medela bottles that came with my pump, but between LO's colic and AR I'd like to see if another bottle makes any difference.
I've bought a few different brands to try, but I doubt LO will care-- he eats from me, from a bottle, warm milk, cold milk...he doesn't care, he just wants to eat.
If I find that LO will accept several different types of bottles, is it ok to use them all?
Re: Anyone use multiple types of bottles?
We use Dr.Browns bottles when we're home, and Playtex drop-ins for when we're out and about/traveling (less cleaning). Dr. Browns work best for reflux and spit-up in our house... the drop-ins are pretty good if you squeeze all the air out before feeding.
You can definitely use multiple bottle brands... hope you find some that work! GL!
This is what we do.
And I have to get a freezer stash going still.
We use glass only. Born Free bottles are a favorite. Dr. Brown's would be if they weren't such a pain to clean. I have a few cheapy Gerber ones and they're okay but have no venty things (if you get what I mean there!)
