Can anyone recommend a great (and inexpensive) place that offers prenatal yoga classes, preferrably in the Northland?  Thanks!

    FIMB Wellness in Lee's Summit offers yoga classes not specifically prenatal but she modifies moves. It is an excellent class to take!!!! I would highly recommend it! Good luck!

    I never actually went while pregnant, but I've heard Zona Rosa Yoga does a great prenatal yoga class!
