I am so mad at my mother today. We are organizing a christmas party and of course at the last minute, she freaks out about how much needs to get done, starts crying and I end up having to do everything. I don't mind doing everything but she insists that the food is made exactly the way she wants it and the decorations and the house cleaned and she bosses everyone around while she sits there complaining. It wouldn't bother me as much if she didn't then tell everyone that she always has to do everything. She did the same thing with my baby shower. She told me she wanted to throw me one, invited all my friends and then the day of, I slaved away cause she had a melt down and refused to cook or clean or decorate, I spent the day today with DD on my back scrubbing her house cause she couldn't even handle taking care of her so could get stuff done. I really think I might have to get her some professional help.
