what am i in for??

my DS is 10mos and im due in june, so they will be about 16 months apart. i am a stay at home mom, but to just add to the craziness my DH adopted a bullmastiff puppy. So two under 2 with a puppy? am i asking for it?

If you don't have a fenced in yard, plan to do it before June!  We just moved to a new house that is going to be a PITA to fence, maybe even impossible.  That's what I'm most worried about when DS comes (Mine will be 14 months.)  I don't know how I'm going to let the dog out when I'm on my own!

We don't have our dogs with us right now (my ILs are keeping our dogs) but our 2u2 are 16 months apart and so far it has been (for the most part) smooth.  It was much more difficult for me to adjust from 0 to 1 babies.  We have our days, I'm not saying we don't, but the good days have really outnumbered the bad.

I'd just try to get your LO STTN (if not already) and on a routine.  That really helped me with the new baby, because I knew our day would have some sort of structure.

WOW! is all I have to say .... hopefully DH can house train the puppy before June so you aren't picking up after 3 babies!  I have 2 that are 16 months apart and it's totally doable, but we stayed away from pets for the mess/chewing on toys factor... I'd focus on training the dog as much as you can now so he will be great in June when you need him to be.  GL!
