With my first I immidiately knew I was pregnant b/c my boobs started aching from, like, conception

This time around I feel NOTHING in my boobs! My hips are killing me though and I didn't have hip pain until 36w last time. I know everytime is different...just looking for some reassurance. Also going crazy because I STILL haven't had my first appointment. Boo Kaiser for not being able to "fit me in" until Dec 15. Seriously? I'll be in my 2nd tri by then
Re: 2nd timers have your major symptoms changed from last time?
Yep, no boobie pain for me this time around.
So far, m/s was a little worse (but I'm sure changing diapers all day long didn't help). Plus, no headaches with this one so far. I had such bad headaches with DS starting about this time, so hopefully I'll avoid those this time
Oh, and I've actually lost weight with this one! With DS, I had already gained 12lb by now (and overall I ended up gaining over 60! yikes!!), so I'm very happy that so far I haven't let myself completely pig out

I am much, much more sick this time around. I felt like I wasn't quite as tired, but that could be because I simply didn't have the option to be this time, you know? like, with #1, I could just come home after work & collapse on the couch & tell DH to fend for himself for dinner. But this time, I still had to muster up some sort of energy & at least attempt to get something on the table.
I've had bad tailbone pain (which is really random) and I'm definitely showing much sooner, but I guess that's pretty common. OH, and my face looks like a teenager right now...I'm so sick of the breakouts!

So far, it's different. I knew I was pregnant the 1st because of boob pain (& darkening, TMI). I also just felt off. This time I had a day of lower back pain as my only symptom before I tested. And I am tired but can't dwell on it because of DD1 but I don't remember being that tired in my first tri last time.
My most noticible symptom is that I'm winded when I walk up a flight of stairs or move quickly. It feels like something is sitting on my chest. I recover quickly but it's odd. And I way 20 pounds less than the start of my first pregnancy and never was out of breath then either.
