$10-$15 gift for adults?

I am looking for suggestions for a gift that would appeal to both men and women (no gift cards or lottery tickets allowed) that is between $10-$15. We have to buy two for a gift exchange and I am at a loss.

The only thing I can think of would be a board or card game.

 Anyone have anything else for me? TIA!

    too funny... I live right near a Penzey's and that's become my go-to for random yankee-swap type gifts. I can't believe someone else mentioned it!

    at any rate, they have a gajillion spices, seasonings and powders... something for everyone, truly.
