I really like Kaia, but either do an I or a Y, both are a bit redundant. Others on my list were Callista (love the Calli nn), Everly, Makaya, Carissa, and one of my favorites, a far out flower name, Azalea.

I think Hadley is definitely in the popular category - if not the name itself, the style of it, anyway (Harper and Hadley and Hailey and Harlow, etc.)  

I'm obviously partial to Vivienne (DD is Vivian) but I'd warn you that it seems to be getting popular.  There are two other Vivian/Viviennes at the gym day care DD goes to, and at this point, I'm afraid it's the next Olivia.  Ugh.  I'm not a big fan of Vivienne Lauren, either.

I like Juliet (spelled this way). It was our #2 choice w/DD1.

I also think Hadley is pretty, but seems to be trendy now.
