Maybe it's just me, but I find insanely huge diaper bags to be junk collectors. I don't need something 4 times the size of a 1 baby diaper bag. In my bag I have a change of clothes per kid, diapers for the girls, diapers for my son (he's a size larger), 1 pack of wipes, 1 can formula, 3 bottles filled with water and some snacks for my 3 year old. Sometimes I carry a change of clothes for her depending on where we are going. I have a backpack diaper bag and love it. My 3 year old can wear it when I need her to. I also have just a regular large diaper bag from BRU as a secondary when I have someone watch a baby or two when I take one or two to the Dr.
Carrying around 2 carseats plus managing a toddler is HARD. Add in a super heavy diaper bag...and its like carrying a third baby

Steal my kids picture or pretend they are yours, I will find where you live and ship all of their dirty diapers to your doorstep. Promise.
I recently got the Skip Hop Duo Deluxe -- it's HUGE! I haven't really used it yet, but I did pack all the baby essentials to take to the hospital in it. I can't imagine there would be a larger diaper bag than this. I also like all the nifty pockets and the way it straps easily onto a stroller. ;')
The best diaper bag I had for the boys when they were babies was a Petunia Picklebottom boxy backpack. I got it cheap somewhere, and it was PERFECT. I loved the built-in changing pad, and it had enough room, but it wasn't obnoxiously huge. And I could wear it on my back or clip it to the stroller. And it was cute.

I'm impressed! I can't fit anywhere near this much into the diaper bag I have now (it's a Fleurville messenger bag) -- maybe it's just not designed to fit the things I tend to carry.

Skip Hop Duo Double Deluxe
I have this one and it is pretty big and it has lots of pockets - inside and out.
PP mentioned Vera Bradley - I have one of her bags too that I use as a weekend bag or gym bag for myself but it could be used as a huge diaper bag.
It is very light-weigh, a lot of room, and a bunch of pockets on the inside and one on the outside:

Thanks everyone!

I use a Vera Bradley backpack - I like the pockets and space. Aside from what pp said, her stuff is machine washable which is nice.
I thought the Weekender seemed too big for me. But, I am reconsidering with another baby on the way.
This is the most awesome bag ever: SoYoung Mother Charlie bag. It's completely sold out, can't get it anywhere until January.
