How long does it take before what I eat gets to my milk?  I ate some spicy stuff tonight and I am wondering if it will bother DS.

I think it depends on how sensitive your lo is to the food.  Anywhere from 6-24 hours, I think. I always wondered this bc ds was milk sensitive and I would "test" it from time to time.
