i LOVE south carolina...ummm the part of columbia i live in Im not FOND of ...id much perfer irmo. (ideally newberry...DH goes to newberry college) Iam like where beltline comes up on rosewood. outside ft jackson.and then i work in Blythewood and LOVE the Elgin area!

what do you do for fun though. were really outdoorsy so we have walked and hiked just about every national park trail...now iam bored!

DH's Grandmother lives in Elgin - it's nice and still close to good shopping DH was thinking of taking a job in Charlotte last year and we were just going to move to Blythewood. My SIL works in Blythewood as well.

DH works 60+ hours a week (including every Saturday, leaving the house at 11am and getting home at 1am) so we don't get to do much as a family. Have you been to Peachtree Rock? We plan to go often once it gets warmer to hike. It's pretty close to where we live.

I take DS to the park and the zoo a lot (we have a membership) - and I just hang out with my friends and family. So not too much, lol! I hate DH's shift and can't wait for it to change.

uh yucky hours..i work full time and DH is up in newberry all week. so really all i have is the weekends but with christmas break coming up (for DH not me) we'll have more time to do stuff. or atleast DH and DD to go do fun activities.

we visited the ZOO for the first time recently (right before they put the lights up) we loved it. of course DD thought all the animals growled so she just growled at them all.

We'll have to have a play date!
