If you're taking a DHA supplement, what brand is it? My midwife gave me some prescription samples, but either the DHA or the prenatal it's paired with is messing with my stomach, I think. What's working for you?
I just use the One-a-day prenatal pack that has two pills, one for DHA and one regular prenatal. I have gotten sick after taking it only twice in the first trimester, which wasn't too bad. I take them in the evening after dinner when I have a full stomach and will soon be going to bed. I have problems if I don't have enough food in my system.
Expecta brand...it's from a plant-source, so none of that fishy stuff. I've had no problems with it. It's about $10 at target for a 30 day supply, but Target has a store-brand that I might try for slightly cheaper.
I'm taking Nature Made, I take it 1x a day with my prenatal, I've had no problems.

I'm taking a regular full fish oil supplement. It's the molecularly distilled version, so there's no fishy aftertaste. My OB suggested it before I got my BFP and encourages it over just a DHA supplement. FWIW, it's Trader Joe's brand and more reasonably priced than any DHA I found - $12 for 90 days.

I'm taking the Kroger brand prenatal-pack which has a regular prenatal and a DHA supplement. It makes me queasy sometimes but as long a I take it with food it seems to be ok.
Re: I know this has been asked before - DHA?
This with Trader Joe's prenatals.
