The ingredient list says water and vegetative microbes (I picture cartoon microscopic little mouth monsters chomping on odour particles)

I used it for a few months and then switched to Biokleen Bac Out because it's the same thing just way cheaper. You can find it at Fred Meyer, Kroger, QFC stores. It works great. I quit using it when I ran out and I started having serious ammonia issues which cleared right up when I started using it again.

I have it and it seems to work okay. I only use it for those strong first morning diapers because it kind of clings to the air and makes me and LO cough. For regular pail freshening, I use RnG pail deodorizer.
