Her newborn prefolds started to get tight around one month and by 6 weeks we had to use them folded in the cover and she was also using BB. By two months she was in one size diapers and she weighed 11.4
LO was 6#12 ounces at birth and went home at 6#3oz. She will be 6 weeks tomorrow. Her BG xs fit great right now. The BG smalls are still huge and would likely leak out the leg holes if she ever had a big blow out. Her GMD orange edge fit well. She just had a growth spurt a few days ago too. Her KL0's are no longer snapped down but she still hast to have them snapped on the inside snap v.s. one furthest out. She is still in her Bummis super brite without issue either. Her thirsties duo wrap w/ snaps is starting to fit now. She has a small waist and thighs. I just bought a few more BG xs as I forsee them fitting for at least 3-4 more weeks and they're my fav. for at night.
About 2 months. DD was 7 lbs 1.5 oz at birth. Our small BG AIOs fit a lot longer than our Lil Joeys. DD outgrew the Lil Joeys absorbency before actual fit.
Thirsties Fab Fitted xs still fit at 10 weeks, but are nearing the end of their usefulness.
Kissaluvs size 0 still fit, but are on the very last snaps setting.
We have been moving her into small Fab Fitteds and Kissluvs size 1 (on the snuggest snap setting) over the past few weeks. BG 3.0 (medium) are still too big.
About 6 weeks, and I managed to make it up to about 2 months, but I was down to pretty much just prefolds and covers by then! I was squeezing her into diapers that really didn't fit though.
Really, she could have been out of all of them by a month.
She was 9.11 at birth, and 12.2 at 1 month if I recall correctly. Her KL0s fit for a while, and the gdiapers fit a while, too. But they were all REALLY low rise by the end! By 13 pounds she was busting out of most of her diapers.
DS was 7 pounds 10 oz, 20 inches long. His NB stash lasted maybe 5-6 weeks. I know for sure he was fit into his BG 3.0s by the 1 month mark. He had TONS of room in the waist on his NB dipes, but had outgrown them in the rise. The BG XS were our favorite...and while they didn't last long, the smalls were way too big at first, in fact he's still wearing them now at nearly 4 months.

We used prefolds/covers almost exclusively in the newborn days. He is STILL in the same prefolds now, at 10 months old! They are pretty small on him now, but I love how trim they are, so I hate to move up to the larger size!
He's been through a couple of different sizes of covers. NB Proraps lasted until his cord fell off at 1 week (too much of a pain to squeeze the entire prefold under that tiny cover, so we moved up to something bigger once the cord was no longer an issue), XS Thirsties lasted till about 1 month. We got a lot of use out of Bummis SWW's size smalls, which fit from when the cord fell off to about 7 months.

Re: How long did your nb diapers last?
5 lbs 9 oz
RaR Lil' Joeys lasted about 7-8 weeks
BG XS lasted about 8-9 weeks
FB XS lasted about 9 weeks
KL0s lasted about 9-10 weeks
I just packed up my NB stash.
My favorite cloth diaper shop!
I just saw your question in the other NB post. My favorites were the BG. Even though they only last 2 months, they were the easiest!

KL0s lasted 13 wks- the longest of our NB diapers.
Swaddlebees Organic NBs lasted about 10 wks.
BG XSs lasted maybe 7-8, but those never worked well for us anyway.
