So, I'm on day 3...

DS is yelling, "pee pee, pee pee, pee pee" as he's going, then runs to the potty but it's often too late.  How do I get him to tell me before he has to go?  Is this something I just wait out??

Also, how many of you are waking up your LO to go potty overnight?  I put pull-ups on the last 2 nights because he doesn't wake up dry.  We just finally got him sleeping in his own bed again...I'm afraid to mess with it.
