amoxicillin and breast feeding

hi, wondering if anyone has any experience taking amoxicillin while breastfeeding. i know it is a lactation level 1 drug which is considered safe but am worried it will drop my supply...

I have taken it a few times.  No problems.

I just got done with a round of augmentin which has amoxicillin in it... No issues at all.  My supply actually seemed to increase, though that might be because I spent a week at home, nursing and sleeping and nursing....so lots of skin-to-skin.  When I went back to work, my pumping output was much better than it had been before I was home - probably because I was battling something for awhile before I finally got the antibiotics!  Take care of yourself - hope you feel better!
