I really like almost all of them! I've never liked Bailey because the only Baileys I've ever known have been dogs, and Colby will always be the cheese for me. I loved Riley for a boy too, but I think it's gone the way of the girls (sorry! partly my fault! )

Owen is my favorite, but I do agree that Noah and Owen make them sound like a bit of a mouthful when you say them together. I wouldn't count it out because of this, though!
My second favorite is Charlie, & I think it sounds very nice with Noah!
I love Andrew, Owen and Charlie. Jake is NMS, but I love Jacob with Jake as a nn and I also love Jack. Cameron is OK. Bailey (for some reason I think of this as a girl's name), Colby and Riley are NMS.

Not a fan of boys names that end with a "y" sound. Remember, you're naming a child who will become man. Riley, Bailey,Colby and Charlie are fine for little boys, but IMHO not names for a man.
I don't see a problem with Noah and Owen...

Andrew
Jake
Owen
Charlie
In that order
Bailey and Riley are dogs names imo
Cameron and Colby I just dont like
Use Owen as the MN. From you list, I would go with Jacob (Jake) Owen.
I love Andrew, but wouldn't use Owen as a MN with it.
Andrew
I really like the nn Drew
Owen meh, it's okay
Cameron
except that it's being taken over by girls
Jake
but prefer Jacob as the full name
Riley
Bailey

Colby

CharlieLove Andrew, Owen, Cameron, and Jacob. Colby and Bailey sound like dog names. Not a fan of Riley. Charles is better than Charlie.

I love Cameron, but can't use it because it sounds too much like my last name.
