NTR: Who wants to diagnose me?

I have a doc appt on Monday, but will probably google this all weekend long - so maybe you ladies can help. I have been having bad cramps since Thanksgiving and I never have cramps. I had my period two weeks ago, so I should be ovulating around now. The cramps just come and go, but sex was way too painful, so that's what prompted the doctor appt. I had a miscarriage two months ago and had an ovarian cyst removed two years ago, I don't know if it could be that again, but I didn't have any symptoms with the cyst before. Any ideas? Don't be afraid to scare me, I don't frighten easily. TIA!

I had horrible cramps when before I found out i was pregnant with DD.  They were the worst cramps I'd ever had...bend over, bring me to my knees in pain cramps.  Have you tested again for pregnancy?

I haven't tested recently, maybe another test is in order.

I was just in the ER yesterday with horrible right side abdominal pain. After a CT scan and an ultrasound they found a tennis ball sized cyst on my right ovary. They decided against surgery since it wasn't tangled and had good "flow". I called my OB this morning and they want to see me Tuesday to do a follow-up.

The pain I felt was so bad I couldn't even sit up. I walked pretty much hunched over. It was worse than my labor pain!

While in college i went to the ER b/c I thought my appendix was rupturing. I had horrible pain in my right side. i was doubled up and in tears. Turns out it was cyst rupturing. It can be seriously painful! GL and update us once you know.

I had really similar symptoms years ago, and it was ovarian cysts.  They said the cysts were harmless, but could be removed for my comfort.  I had them removed, because they couldn't predict how long it would before the cysts would burst on their own, and I'm not good with pain.
