Maybe 2 people could share the responsibility for a weekly post.

E.g., Person A creates a thread every Monday for pounds gained/lost.

Person B creates a thread every Friday where people report their work week of exercise: 

Monday: 3 mile walk.

Tuesday: Rest

Weds: Weight training... you get the idea.

I vote for checking in Monday and Friday.

I gained 40 pounds with DD, I will NOT do that again!  I have told my DH to not let a chicken finger or honey mustard touch my hand the last two months.  It was so bad he refused to eat at Zaxby's anymore and the day I went in for my induction I barely fit in the booth and ate lunch there alone.  The funny thing is I have not had that since and the thought just grosses me out, but at 9 months pregnant they were heaven.
