While taking a shower...

I was shaving my legs and I totally started to feel light headed.  I've noticed that if I'm in the hot/warm shower too long, this will happen everytime.

Any of you ladies had this happen?  It's a super wierd feeling!

Yes, it happend to me a couple of days ago.  But I think it was mostly me leaning over too long and not really the water.  Feel Better

if i stand up too quickly, or have been sitting down for a long time i've gotten light headed.  I think dizziness and being lightheaded is one of the symptoms of pregnancy. But i admit it is a super weird feeling!

Ugh, I really hope this doesn't turn into a regular thing.  I can handle feeling naseous and all that, but getting light headed scares the crap outta me!

It's completely normal. It's because our blood volume has increased significantly so when you change positions too quickly it takes a bit longer for your body to equalize your blood pressure. I don't like the feeling either! You can also get very dizzy if your blood sugar gets too low...hope that helps!

It happened when I was pregnant with my son ALL the time. I had to make sure I left the bathroom door open so it wasn't too steamy in there, and really had to cut down my shower time.
