Bottles getting clogged

I EP and have been using the Dr. Browns bottles but lately we have had issues with the bottles getting like clogged by the BM and we have to squeeze the nipple to get it to start flowing again. This only happens with refrigerated milk and even when it has been warmed up. When it gets clogged, LO gets pretty upset, especially when it happens several (4 or 5) times in one feeding. 

Has this happened to anyone else, do you have any suggestions?

    Weird! I dont use those but my guess is its the fat in BM building up. Gently swirl the bottle during feedings and when you burp to keep it moving about.

    It happened occasionally before switching to the next size nipple at around 2 months. It was easy to unclog, so didn't seem like too big of a deal to us.
