Anyone's LO outgrow a FLIP?

DD is only a year old, and has been leaking out of her FLIP pretty frequently.  We use a three layer microfiber insert on top of an organic hemp insert.  I'm wondering if I need to add more or if she's just outgrowing them.  She only weighs 23 lbs.  I've tried stripping and there's no stink or build up so I don't think that's it either.
