When is your best pump session?

Does your LO sleep through the night.

I find mine to be about noon and DS doesn't STTN

In the morning. But other then that usually dinner time. LO dosent sleep through the night but he eats at 10 or 1030 sleeps till 2-3 and then sleeps till about 6.

well, in all technicality, LO sleeps through the night (11-4 or 5) that is usually my best pumping session, because that's usually the longest gap I have. I only pump 5x/day tho. I have found, that if i can sit at the computer, and take my mind COMPLETELY off pumping I have a much much much better output

When is your best pump session? My first pump in the morning is the best. I typically get about 12-14oz in the morning (combined). The rest of the day I only get 5-10.

Does your LO sleep through the night.Yes. She just started this week. She's had 4 nights now where she'll go down between 8 and 9 and not wake up until 7 in the morning. Since I have such a good supply I've never pumped at night though, when she gets up at night I just give her a bottle and go back to bed.

Question : since you dont pump at night for that long.. doesnt it hurt? The longest I can go without pumping is 5 hours...whats your trick?

My best pumping time is around 12-1 pm and he sleeps usually 1 am-6 am
