How do you PIP?

Ok, I've been trying to figure this out for a while and with all the beautiful wedding pictures this evening, I think it's about time I try this out.  HELP...how do I PIP?

I use photobucket and use the link for direct layouts. Then click the tree icon and paste the link into the url box and insert pic. This way you can resize as needed.
