LO choked and stopped breathing

Thankfully, I am an Adult,Child, and Infant CPR/First Aid instructor.

Tyler was laying between DH and I when he started choking. DH picked him up and calmed him. DH had him upright when he choked again and completely stopped breathing! DH quickly handed him over to me so I could do infant Heimlich maneuver. All kinds of mucus came out. 

I'm really proud of DH and I for keeping calm heads, Needless to say, I wont be sleeping much tonight!

oh my god!! I am certified for adult, child and infant CPR and i am even scared of the thought of being in that moment! Im glad LO is okay!!

Oh my goodness! Thank god your LO is okay. I'm also certified in infant CPR but am still horrified of this. I wake up the second I hear any noises from her and freak out

Argh. This is why I wanted to get first aid training before baby arrived... still need to sign up for a class. DH is trained but he's not here all the time!
